Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Mirpur. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, following up on leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires maintaining product knowledge, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and suggest suitable product recommendations
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry, is a plus
