The Position:
We are seeking an Intermediate C# Developer with experience in both WinForms and ASP.NET MVC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of C# programming and be skilled in building and maintaining desktop and web applications. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a collaborative environment to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support applications using C#, with a focus on WinForms and ASP.NET MVC frameworks.
- Design and implement new features, modules, and applications based on requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to create efficient and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Assist with the integration of third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Document development processes, architecture, and design elements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a C# developer, with expertise in WinForms and ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET framework.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration and development.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core or migrating WinForms to web-based applications.
- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles, Unit Testing, OOP concepts and Design Patterns.
- Good understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications to enhance performance and reliability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
