Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive, located in Lahore District. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong communication channels. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, pitching products and services, and negotiating contracts to close sales. The role also involves maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development within the software development industry
  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition, B2B lead generation, and client onboarding
  • Strong understanding of software development services, technologies, and project lifecycles (e.g., Web, Mobile, SaaS)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to pitch services to potential clients
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, SuiteCRM) and sales pipeline management
  • Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, delivery)
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to identify market trends and convert opportunities into sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a technical background is a plus
