Executive/Sr. Executive Exp LCL Development
  • Serve as the primary contact for all corporate customers, ensuring strong relationships and excellent service.
  • Follow up with Carriers & Agents about Vessel Arrivals/Container release status.
  • Handling & Supervising Cargo Transshipment and Delivery queries.
  • Follow up of cargo till arrival at CFS.
  • Update to all customers regarding shipment status/cargo position/damage, etc.
  • Finalized planning for all sectors with CFS yard, including paper follow-up & ANF.
Skills & Experience

At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
