IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Responsible for processing payments related to O&M Contracts, CAPEX, Rentals, Utility Bills, Refunds, and Employee Claims. Coordinate with banks, treasury, vendors, tax team, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processing and issue resolution.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Process payments through the online invoicing system
  • Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders for timely payments
  • Suggest and implement cost-saving measures
  • Claim unclaimed GST amounts
  • Ensure recovery from customers where applicable
  • Apply correct withholding tax (WHT) rates
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations
  • Ensure compliance with Delegation of Power (DOP) and company manuals
  • Book accruals accurately
  • Adjust advances in a timely manner
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile vendor balances
  • Review and close open Purchase Orders (POs)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Degree from HEC recognized university (MBA-Finance)
  • Professional Degrees ( ACCA, CMA)
