Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the payment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.

  • Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and contract terms.
  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, and treasury teams for smooth transaction flow.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to payables.
Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in accounting, business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payables, invoice processing, and international payments.
  • Familiarity with LCs, TTs, and banking procedures related to imports and exports.
  • Proficiency in Oracle is preferred.
