We are looking for an experienced Project Managerto oversee the development of structured, state-specific guides and learning materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background incontent project management,QA processes, andteam coordination, ensuring that all resources are well-researched, compliant, and effectively published.

Role Overview:
The Project Managerwill be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality training and licensing content. This role involves overseeing research efforts, leading a small team of specialists, ensuring accuracy in licensing requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for content integration. The ideal candidate will have experience managingcontent-heavy projectswith strict accuracy and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring research, content creation, and publishing milestones are met.
  • Create structured, state-specific guides and video scripts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Supervise Research and Data Specialists, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality research.
  • Perform QA checksto verify the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all licensing information.
  • Collaborate with internal web and marketing teamsto integrate content into structured landing pages.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring state-specific resources are well-structured and easily accessible.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecksto improve workflow efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
  • Ensure that all content meets industry and regulatory standardsbefore publishing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within content development, research, or licensing-related projects.
  • Strong experience incontent creation and structuring, particularly for compliance-heavy subjects.
  • Proven ability to lead small teamsand oversee multiple research and content development tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience withQA processes, ensuring content meets strict accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity withSEO best practicesfor structuring and optimizing online content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and adapt to evolving project needs.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience inlicensing, compliance research, or regulatory content creation.
  • Familiarity withmanaging teamsand coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Background incontent marketing, research-based writing, or instructional content development.
