Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Corporate Manager role located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Corporate Manager will be responsible for overseeing compliance with SECP company registration, tax filings, and financial compliance activities on a day-to-day basis. The role involves liaising with clients, managing financial documents, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Experienced individuals from tax and audit firms will be considered
  • Experience of at least 2 to 3 years in SECP corporate registration and tax compliance
  • Must have experience in SECP compliance
  • Strong reporting and compliance experience in SECP and FBR
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards of SECP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification is preferred CA - Finalists, CA, ACCA Affiliates, are encouraged to apply
