Business context

Key Accountabilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of financial statements, support strategy delivery, manage fixed assets, advise on technical accounting, facilitate audits, and review the Balance Sheet.
  2. Governance and Controls: Drive governance discussions, manage SOx compliance, ensure internal controls adherence, lead risk assessments, and improve compliance processes.
  3. Corporate Business Partnering: Lead budgeting, monitor costs, facilitate S&OP planning, and advise on policies and governance.
  4. Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members, promote BAT's culture, and lead change management initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 4-6 years in Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, or Assurance (Big-4 and multinational experience preferred)
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Pakistani financial reporting
  • Financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting system experience (SAP, BPC)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills
