The skills and traits we're looking for:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  2. 2+ years of experience working in HR and/or the software development industry
  3. Excellent teamwork, reporting skills, self-organizational and general organizational skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to motivate teams
  5. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  6. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
  7. Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to mitigate conflict situations and encourage open and constructive conversations
  9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
  10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  11. Ability to gather and share feedback with others
  12. Intercultural sensitivity
  13. Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact
  14. Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management, preferred
  15. Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks and how they interact together, preferred
Your main responsibilities:
  1. Support the creation, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies, procedures, and workflows
  2. Maintain up-to-date personnel records
  3. Respond to colleagues' queries and help to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  4. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  5. Conduct topical research as requested (e.g. on healthcare)
  6. Provide administrative assistance to multiple managers/directors and their organizational units
  7. Own and manage assigned resource requests by validating requirements, searching for contractors, and presenting contractors for consideration
  8. Onboard selected resources to projects
  9. Identify over and under-utilized personnel, and determine appropriate solutions to balance the workload
  10. Recommend appropriate and relevant training to support our employee and business goals
  11. Regularly communicate any changes in personnel on projects with the team and the staff involved

Compensation: Negotiable depending on your skills, experience and your performance during the interview process.
