Job Description

We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and nurture high-quality leads via LinkedIn. Your main duties will include researching potential clients, creating compelling outreach messages, and building a robust pipeline of prospects for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in LinkedIn prospecting, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
  1. Research and identify potential leads (B2B or B2C) using Sales Navigator and other tools.
  2. Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, InMail messages, comments, and engagement strategies).
  3. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  4. Personalize outreach messages to improve response rates and conversions.
  5. Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for better results.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with business goals.
  7. Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices for lead generation.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, sales prospecting, or digital marketing.
  2. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Expandi).
  3. Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging messages.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs (response rates, meetings booked, etc.).
  5. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  6. Experience in the Blockchain niche is a plus.
