We are seeking an experienced Subject Specialist with expertise in Cambridge examinations to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Cambridge curriculum and assessment requirements, as well as excellent understanding of subject pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to improve student outcomes in Cambridge examinations
  • Provide expert guidance on Cambridge curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Design assessments as per the Cambridge standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver high-quality lessons and assessments
  • Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Carry out subject-specific quality assurance activities, including:
  • Classroom observations
  • Notebook evaluation
  • Lesson plan reviews
  • Development of actionable strategies
  • Develop and lead professional development workshops for teachers on Cambridge examinations

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject area
  • Proven experience in teaching and preparing students for Cambridge examinations
  • In-depth knowledge of Cambridge curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Excellent teaching, learning, and assessment skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of subject pedagogy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and team

Desirable Skills / Certifications:
  • Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers or equivalent
  • Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources
  • Profound digital skills
