Job Title: Cold Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Karachi or Islamabad (Onsite)

Industry: SaaS | Medical Billing | Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

We are looking for a Cold Email Pro who can do it all — from crafting smart outbound strategies to managing technical setups like domain/IP warmup, inbox placement, and email deliverability. You'll be responsible for driving qualified leads through well-targeted, personalized cold outreach at scale

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute cold email campaigns for B2B SaaS and medical billing.
  • Write personalized sequences with strong CTAs.
  • Monitor and optimize response and conversion rates.

Technical Setup & Deliverability

  • Set up domains, IPs, inboxes (Google Workspace, Outlook, SMTP).
  • Warm up domains with tools like Instantly, Lemwarm, Mailreach.
  • Ensure high inbox placement and avoid spam.
  • Source leads using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Skrapp, or manual methods.
  • Segment lists based on ICP, industry, role, and location.
  • Use cold email tools (Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) for outreach.
  • Integrate CRMs and manage lead handoffs to sales.
  • Track open, reply, bounce, and conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in B2B cold email outreach (SaaS, medical billing/RCM).
  • Strong knowledge of DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP/server setup, and deliverability.
  • Experience with lead gen, segmentation, and CRM tools.
  • Proactive and able to manage campaigns independently.
