ZINAM Technologies (Private) Limited is a young technology company based in Karachi, working as a support center for our parent company in Canada.
Our parent company is a licensed telecommunications provider offering high-speed internet and phone services at affordable prices without compromising quality.
Responsibilities- Provide sales and technical support/troubleshooting for internet, VoIP, and related inquiries.
- Test and troubleshoot devices like routers, modems, and switches.
- Configure and test VoIP products and features.
- Follow best IT practices and support policies when dealing with customers and businesses.
- Research, develop, and implement new processes and procedures.
- Use data to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Technical knowledge of telecommunications, IP networks, modems, etc., is an asset.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet assignments.
- Ability to troubleshoot SIP traffic, monitor, and analyze SIP logs.
- Experience managing Class 5 switches.
- High school diploma required; college/university degree preferred.
