ZINAM Technologies (Private) Limited is a young technology company based in Karachi, working as a support center for our parent company in Canada.

Our parent company is a licensed telecommunications provider offering high-speed internet and phone services at affordable prices without compromising quality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and technical support/troubleshooting for internet, VoIP, and related inquiries.
  • Test and troubleshoot devices like routers, modems, and switches.
  • Configure and test VoIP products and features.
  • Follow best IT practices and support policies when dealing with customers and businesses.
  • Research, develop, and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Use data to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Technical knowledge of telecommunications, IP networks, modems, etc., is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet assignments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot SIP traffic, monitor, and analyze SIP logs.
  • Experience managing Class 5 switches.
  • High school diploma required; college/university degree preferred.
