  • Write engaginglong-form YouTube video scripts(10–15 min) andhigh-retention Shortsscripts
  • Conductdeep researchon tech, SaaS, and AI topics — turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Optimize scripts forYouTube SEO,retention, andviewer engagement
  • Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and editors to bring each video to life
  • Stay up to date onYouTube trends, competitor content, and algorithm changes
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of scriptwriting experience specifically forYouTube
  • Proven experience working withSaaSortech-based products
  • Strong understanding ofYouTube SEOandaudience retention strategies
  • Ability to write both in afun/casual toneand a moreprofessional/technical voice, depending on the topic
  • A portfolio that includes:
    • 2–3long-form YouTube video scripts(bonus if video links are available)
    • 3–5YouTube Shortsscripts
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with tight deadlines
