At Nextscrum, we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support our business development efforts by helping to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to marketing campaigns. You'll gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT), Monday to Friday
What You'll DO- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Help manage lead generation and follow-up activities to support sales goals.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the execution of digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and social media posts.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and support the sales team with daily tasks.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to internal teams.
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT), Monday to Friday
What You'll Bring- A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in sales, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of tools like Google Workspace, social media, or CRM software (bonus if you've used any).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Get hands-on experience and grow your career with mentorship from seasoned professionals.
