Role Overview

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in B2B sales, cold outreach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
  2. Cold Outreach & Engagement: Craft high-converting cold emails and LinkedIn messages to engage decision-makers and generate leads.
  3. Appointment Scheduling: Consistently book qualified meetings with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  5. Collaboration with Sales & Leadership: Work closely with Account Executives and the CEO to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  6. Follow-Ups & Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to increase engagement and conversions.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and prospect pain points to personalize outreach efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting & outreach using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong email marketing & cold outreach skills—ability to craft engaging emails that drive responses.
  • Proven ability to schedule high-quality sales appointments with decision-makers.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, problem-solving mindset—proactive and takes ownership of challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
