  • The selected candidate will maintain detailed ledgers, manage reconciliations and petty cash, and prepare monthly accounts for review with the entrepreneur.
  • Maintain ledgers for vendors, business ventures, and personal accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
  • Prepare monthly accounts and reports for review meetings
  • Work directly with the entrepreneur to track and improve finances
  • Use Excel/Google Sheets initially; transition to ERP later
  • Maintain organized records for compliance and planning
  • 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiar with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
  • IT-savvy and quick to learn new tools/software
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
