We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in cold calling, international sales closures, and selling SaaS or software products to global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential international clients (US,, Canada, etc.) to introduce the company's software services.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of software products tailored to client needs.
- Handle the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams for demos and tailored solution presentations.
- Keep CRM systems and sales reporting tools updated with accurate client information and progress.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SaaS/software product sales.
- Strong command of cold calling techniques and international client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently hit sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Exposure to remote sales processes and international time zones.
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based incentives/commissions
