- Identification of prospective business areas and setting of targets based on the business potential of each segment.
- Ensuring regular monitoring and feedback of all KPIs in the Balanced Scorecard, including deposit mobilization, consumer financing, ADC sales, profitability, service quality, staffing, audit ratings, and training.
- Appraising all branches in the area according to the results achieved in respective KPIs.
- Ensuring reward and recognition for top performers.
- Identifying performance gaps in branches for each KPI and ensuring timely action or reprimand through the Area Manager.
- Monitoring loss-making units diligently, focusing on both revenue and cost streams, and coaching field staff on methodologies to convert these units into profitable avenues.
