Senior Analyst, Accounting

Overview:

Key role, reporting to SC Johnson Pakistan Finance Lead to manage accounting side of the company with the demonstration of one team spirit, proactive approach and personal accountability mindset.

Responsibilities:
Review & Approval of all payments, collections and journal vouchers.GL Closing & Trial Finalization.Preparation of Management Accounts and monthly closing as per SCJ requirements.Preparation of Annual, Half Yearly and Quarterly Statutory FS.Responsible for timely completion of Annual Audits and Review including Fund Audits.Funds Trial finalization and Accounts Preparation.Preparation of GL Account Reconciliations as per SCJ requirements.Year End Closing and forms submission as per SCJ requirements.Review of weekly/monthly AR status/report and taking actions for timely recoveries.Responsible to ensure compliance with SCJ policies and maintenance of proper books & papers and record of the company.Preparation of documentation for Banks and Taxation purposes.Any other task assigned by line manager.Experience you'll bring:
CA or ACCA background, training/articles completed with a Chartered Accountant Firm.Industry experience of one to two years is preferable.Experience using ERP systemBehaviors you'll need:
Good attention to detail and be process improvement orientated (Lean mindset)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong team player with strong Proactivity and Personal OwnershipWhat's in it for you:
