Seeking Experienced Business Development Executive

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Structure: Salary + Commission

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

We are looking for an experienced and effective bidder to join our team, focusing on acquiring projects through Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of winning bids and securing projects on these platforms. You will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating terms to secure projects that align with our expertise and goals.

Responsibilities:

- Regularly browse Upwork to find projects that match our services and expertise.

- Craft personalized and persuasive proposals for each project, highlighting our strengths and how we can address the client's needs.

- Engage in communication with potential clients to clarify project requirements, negotiate terms, and close deals.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.

- Work closely with our team to understand our capabilities and services to accurately represent them in bids.

- Keep track of all proposals sent, responses received, and adjust bidding strategies based on feedback and outcomes.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates on Upwork to optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a successful bidder on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance platforms.

- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and clear proposals.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

- Familiarity with digital services such as web development, graphic design, digital marketing, etc.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
