Job Overview:

Our Database Administrators step in for managing and resolving databases related issues. You will monitor system parameters, plan data growth trends, work closely with development teams, identify problems and performance improvements. You will develop and propose tools to monitor databases and server resources. Our Database team is driven by customer obsession and you will help drive the success of CureMD product suite by understanding and advocating for our clients' challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and resolve database related issues.
  2. Monitor system parameters to maximize system performance.
  3. Plan data growth trends and capacity management.
  4. Work closely with development teams to identify problems and performance improvements.
  5. Develop and propose tools to monitor databases and server resources.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  2. 03 years of database management experience e.g. MSSQL.
  3. Experience in providing complete, effective and accurate solutions for customer issues and needs.
  4. Working experience supporting/maintaining databases for IT Healthcare domain.
  5. Hands on experience of SQL Server platforms e.g. SSIS, BIDS and performance monitoring tools.
  6. Experience with RDBMS administration e.g., MSSQL.
  7. Excellent knowledge of MSSQL and database management systems.
  8. Good knowledge of physical database design.
  9. Understanding of database performance tuning.
  10. Strong problem troubleshooting and database monitoring skills.
  11. Strong query writing skills.
  12. Good knowledge of MSSQL backups and recovery methods.
  13. Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  14. Knowledge or experience in database migrations.
  15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
