Hiring: Business Intelligence Specialist ( Telecom Industry )

MicroStrategy and Data Modeling Experience is MUST

Experience: 05 Years

We're looking for a Talented Business Intelligence Specialist with MicroStrategy & Data Modeling and Telecom industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business users to analyze reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

Design and develop data models (logical & physical schemas) to support analytical and operational reporting.

Create impactful MicroStrategy dashboards, dossiers, reports, cubes, and visualizations.

Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.

Develop and maintain data dictionaries and mapping documentation.

Work with Data Engineers on ETL processes, performance tuning, and data governance alignment.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and report/query performance optimization.

Ensure data quality and resolve reporting issues across the BI stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

05 years of experience as a BI Developer or BI Analyst.

Strong hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy, including:


• Schema and application object development


• Security role management & user access control


• Distribution Services (bursting, subscriptions, scheduling)

Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Teradata, SQL Server, or similar).

Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas, normalization, warehousing best practices).

Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Experience supporting Business & Technical UAT cycles – including test case creation and defect handling.

Solid understanding of KPIs, business drivers, and metrics, preferably within the telecom industry.

Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Talend) and integration with BI platforms.
