We are currently seeking a customer service sales officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  3. Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
  4. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer information as needed
  5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
  6. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
  7. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  8. Providing feedback to management on customer needs and concerns
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  2. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  4. Ability to work well in a team environment
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
