Senior Data Analyst (Karachi - Onsite) – Onsite role

We're actively hiring for a Senior Data Analyst to help grow our UK-based data consultancy in Karachi, Pakistan. This role is ideal for someone with a finance background, offering a mix of leadership, client management, and strategic development.

About the Client

Our client is a UK-based data consultancy. Their dedicated team delivers tailored data analytics and reporting services to organizations of every size. They are recognized for innovative approaches and leverage the Microsoft ecosystem to support digital transformation and the Power Platform, enhancing client operations.

Role Importance

You will be key in strengthening client relationships and expanding our operations. Your work will help shape our services and team from the early stages, aiming for major growth.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client interactions, specializing in finance and FP&A sectors.
  • Technical Leadership and Solution Delivery: Leverage Power BI, SQL, and data engineering to create targeted data solutions for the finance industry.
  • Team Development and Management: Build and lead the data analyst team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Strategic Development and Expansion: Drive efforts to enhance services and expand the team to over 20 members within two years.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Finance Expertise: Strong finance knowledge, especially FP&A, to effectively handle client projects.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing relationships and guiding the team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in data analytics, with a focus on financial operations.

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Position: Onsite

Timing: UK hours of 8:00–17:00; PKT 11:30–20:30

Working Days: Monday to Friday
