Role Overview

We are hiring an L2 Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to elevate our engineering team. You will own complex product modules end-to-end, manage a team of developers. Expect to collaborate with product, design and AI teams for shipping world class features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test and deploy scalable web applications using React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS on the front end, Node.js (Express/NestJS) on the back end.
  • Architect clean APIs, integrate third-party services and ensure data integrity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Embed AI-powered coding workflows into daily development using Cursor, Windsurf and other generative-AI tools for code generation, refactoring and documentation.
  • Lead cross functional teams, run code reviews and drive best practices in testing, CI/CD and observability.
  • Diagnose performance bottlenecks, implement optimizations and maintain high availability in production.
  • Pair with designers to translate Figma mocks into polished, accessible interfaces using Mantine components.
  • Contribute to system-design discussions, document architecture decisions and champion continuous improvement across the stack.
Must-Have SkillsHands-on experience (2–4 years) delivering full-stack features in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript environment.Expertise in React and React-adjacent tooling (Context, Hooks, SWR/React Query, Vercel).Strong back-end knowledge in Node.js with Express or NestJS, including building REST/GraphQL APIs.Solid grasp of SQL design, query optimization and migration strategies.Production experience with Git workflows, automated testing and CI pipelines.Proven exposure to AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot or similar, and a mindset for leveraging them to ship faster.Comfortable mentoring peers, planning sprints and owning project delivery milestones.Nice-to-Have
  • Open source contributions or personal projects
  • Prior work on B2B SaaS products
Interview Process
  • 15 min screening call to confirm role fit, salary range, and start date
  • 60 min tech and product panel covering live system design, quick CS Q&A, and code review of pre shared task or code sample
  • 30 min leadership conversation focused on ownership mindset, roadmap alignment, and team culture
  • Decision within 24 hours of the final call
