We're Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location:On-site – Islamabad

Employment Type:Full-time

Experience Required:3+ Years

If you have a strong command over backend and frontend technologies and understand the real-world challenges of financial systems, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to full stack development acrossJava (8+),JSP,Angular, andReact
  • Design and consume scalable APIs usingREST,SOAP,gRPC, andSocket-based protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy complex features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, including on weekends or off-hours if needed
  • Occasionally work from client sites, ensuring client satisfaction through professional conduct and timely delivery
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Java 8+, JSP pages
  • AngularandReact
  • API protocols:REST,SOAP,gRPC,Socket
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns and architecture
  • Comfortable with CI/CD processes and production deployments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, dependable, and able to lead by example
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working withfinancial institutions
  • Familiarity with secure coding standards and practices
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Work Environment
  • Islamabad-based office (on-site position)
  • Flexible to work from client location when needed
  • May require occasional off-hours/weekend support during critical deployments
