Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast food establishment. As the Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff training, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene, managing customer interactions, and dealing with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Training and Development:
    - Recruit, hire, and train a competent and customer-focused team.
    - Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure consistent service quality.
    - Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to motivate and optimize employee performance.
    - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  2. Daily Operations Management:

Qualifications and Skills:
