AIO is a technology firm that seeks to revolutionize the US restaurant industry through innovative technology and AI-based solutions.

We require an experienced professional with knowledge of fast-paced environments, startups, or companies equipped to handle dynamic projects with tight deadlines.

  • Drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating various commercial contracts and documents related to services, intellectual property, data privacy, and funding.
  • Assisting, drafting, and filing patent applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Staying up-to-date with existing and new laws in the US regarding data privacy, AI, consumer protection, funding, tax, labor, and intellectual property.
  • Providing legal support to all departments on US and Pakistan laws.
  • Coordinating the execution of agreements and legal documents with colleagues and third parties.

Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from an accredited institution. A Master's in law, admission to the New York Bar or California Bar is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a fast-paced legal environment either at a renowned law firm or in-house at a technology company.
  • Knowledge and understanding of US procedural and substantive laws.
