Research Analyst will conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging trends. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in social media trends and creativity. The ideal candidate should have a deep curiosity for user behavior, psychology, and market dynamics to support strategic marketing decisions.

What You'll Do:

  1. Conduct deep-dive market research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to uncover consumer insights, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  2. Analyze competitors' strategies across websites, social media platforms, product offerings, pricing models, marketing tactics, and distribution channels.
  3. Stay ahead of social media trends, including viral content, influencer marketing, and platform-specific features (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn trends, etc.).
  4. Evaluate competitors' social media engagement tactics, customer service strategies, and overall brand presence.
  5. Translate research findings into creative, actionable insights that inform and enhance marketing campaigns.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate data-driven strategies into campaign planning and execution.
  7. Present insights and research findings through visually compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  8. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in market research, competitor analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  2. Strong proficiency with market research and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Similarweb, Semrush, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
  3. Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.

Skills & Attributes:

  1. Strong research and analytical skills with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  2. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  3. Ability to visualize data effectively using tools like Tableau and PowerPoint.
  4. Understanding of psychological principles influencing consumer behavior.
  5. Exceptional communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  6. Passion for social media trends and emerging digital platforms.
  7. Creativity in translating complex data insights into compelling marketing strategies.
