Job Title: Multidisciplinary Research Analyst (Finance, Technology & Engineering, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Data Analysis)

We are seeking a versatile Research Analyst proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods. The ideal candidate will contribute to a wide range of projects spanning Finance, Technology & Engineering, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and general Research & Data Analysis. This role requires expertise in research design, robust data analysis techniques, and the ability to produce high-quality insights for diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research & Methodology
  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies across multiple domains (Finance, Technology & Engineering, Healthcare & Life Sciences).
  • Develop theoretical and conceptual frameworks to guide data collection and interpretation.
  • Formulate and refine research questions, ensuring methodological rigor and relevance to project objectives.
  1. Data Collection & Analysis
  • Conduct detailed analyses using both quantitative (e.g., surveys, statistical modeling) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups, thematic analysis) methods.
  • Leverage tools such as SPSS, STATA, and NVivo (or domain-specific software) to handle complex datasets.
  • Integrate diverse data sources (financial records, engineering logs, clinical reports) to generate holistic insights.
  1. Reporting & Interpretation
  • Translate raw data into actionable findings through advanced statistical techniques (regression, correlation, distribution properties).
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and publications that communicate key insights clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure contextual accuracy and domain relevance in all deliverables.
  1. Project Collaboration & Expertise
  • Finance: Analyze economic trends, financial models, and market data; interpret outcomes to inform business strategies.
  • Technology & Engineering: Assess system performance metrics, software engineering data, and emerging tech developments for research projects.
  • Healthcare & Life Sciences: Work with clinical data, pharmaceutical trials, and public health datasets; conduct literature reviews and analyze outcomes.
  • General Research & Data Analysis: Develop robust methodologies for varied datasets, perform advanced statistical analysis, and uphold data integrity standards.
  1. Quality Control & Time Management
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of all findings through careful validation and quality checks.
  • Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and project milestones, prioritizing tasks effectively based on evolving demands.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning, adopting new analytical tools and research methods as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related disciplines).
  • Methodological Expertise:
  • Quantitative: Advanced understanding of statistical tests, regression analysis, and questionnaire design.
  • Qualitative: Skilled in conducting and analyzing interviews, focus groups, and thematic reviews.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Mastery of SPSS, STATA for quantitative data analysis.
  • Familiarity with NVivo for qualitative data interpretation.
  • Willingness to learn additional or domain-specific software.
  • Publications: Must have at least 2–3 publications in recognized journals.
  • Practical Experience:
  • 2–3 years working with complex datasets and producing academic or industry reports.
  • Hands-on experience in formulating quantitative questionnaires and interpreting results at an advanced statistical level.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to organize and validate large volumes of data, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Time Management: Proven track record of efficient prioritization and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Desire to explore new tools and methodologies, adapting to the latest industry trends.
