The Planning & Development Board invites applications from eligible candidates holding Punjab domicile for appointment against the following position under the ADP Scheme titled "Establishment of Strategic Communication Cell in P&D Board". The details are as follows:
Position Title: Head Communications (PPS-09)
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Master's/Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Information Technology, Digital Media, Media Studies, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Foreign-qualified candidates will be given preference.
Nature of ExperienceStrong background in media, including social media management, content creation, SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and social media advertising platforms.
Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing performance through data insights.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Keeping up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies.
Pay Package: Up to PPS-09 level.General InstructionsThe previous recruitment process for the Head Communications post, advertised in Daily Jang & The Nation (IPL-10051) dated 09.11.2024, is cancelled.
Candidates must submit fresh applications.
The position is project-based and temporary in nature.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Applicants currently serving in the government sector should apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by their department/employer.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts as per its requirements.
