The Planning & Development Board of the Government of Punjab invites applications for the following positions on a contract basis under the project titled "Institutional Strengthening of PSD Board & Capacity Building of Public Sector Employees":

Available Positions:
  • Receptionist (PPS-01)
    • No. of Positions: 01
    • Qualifications & Experience:
      • Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
      • Minimum three years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in the public or private sector.
      • Experience in using computers and office software packages (MS Office). Knowledge of spreadsheets and database packages is preferred.
    • Maximum Age: 50 years
  • Driver (PPS-02)
    • No. of Positions: 23
    • Qualifications & Experience:
      • Secondary School Certificate (second division) from a recognized board.
      • Valid light transport vehicle driving license with five years of experience, or a valid heavy transport vehicle driving license with two years of experience.

Application Process:

  • For the position of Receptionist, apply online only.
  • For positions of Driver and Chowkidar, submit a hand-written application along with required documents to the address provided below.

Document Requirements:

  • Candidates applying for the Receptionist position must upload soft copies of academic and job experience certificates.
  • All candidates must be domiciled in Punjab.
  • Incomplete applications or those without relevant documents will not be considered.

Age Relaxation:

  • The maximum age for the Receptionist position includes age relaxation, and no separate relaxation will be given.
  • General age relaxation for the Driver and Chowkidar positions is as per Punjab Government rules/policy.

Other Conditions:

  • Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.
  • The positions are contract-based and do not confer any right to regular appointment or affect seniority/pension.
  • Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
  • Only short-listed candidates will be invited for a test/interview. They must bring original documents at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
