Job Description
  1. More than 2 years of Experience in technical support and customer management
  2. Strong telecommunications and IP networking background in troubleshooting and technical support
  3. Strong understanding of VoIP protocols SIP
  4. Familiarity with SBC & application switches is a big plus
  5. Desirable working knowledge of tools like ethereal/wireshark/tcpdump/sipp/etc
  6. Hands-on experience on Genband S3 (SBC) used for VOIP call routing and portaone application switch
  7. Hands-on knowledge of Linux/Unix commands
  8. Energetic, self-motivated individual with excellent English communication skills
  9. Customer management and engagement skills
  10. Skill to connect and manage various stakeholders (external and/or internal)
