We started with the surgical dressings in Pakistan, followed by Surgical Sutures & Ligatures, Central Sterilized Supply Department (CSSD), Hemostats, and Cover X Sterile, Disposable Drapes, and Gowns, our patented brand of surgical drapes and gowns.

As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our medical devices and related products to healthcare providers. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of our products and a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and our competition. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers to educate them on our product offerings.
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements that may impact sales performance.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
  • Be comfortable with flexible working hours according to the client's requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven work experience as a Medical Devices- Product Sales Officer or in Medical sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • BS degree in a relevant field
  • Teamwork skills and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with healthcare providers and attend industry events.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
