Job Description
  • Assist supervisor in implementing program activities at the field level.
  • Assist in developing documentation for project activities.
  • Facilitate arrangements for trainings, workshops, seminars, meetings, and other events.
  • Draft letters, reports, and documentation; take meeting minutes.
  • Support supervisor by providing timely data for quality reports.
  • Maintain proper records of project files and official documents.
  • Coordinate with departments for meeting logistics and organize visits for local and international visitors and staff.
  • Assist in preparing work plans, budgets, and reports related to the program.
  • Organize data and information for monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices from contractors and consultants, complying with requirements.
  • Perform any other program-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
