Are you a strategic thinker passionate about shaping AI-powered products? Alethea AI Labs is hiring a Product Manager to drive the roadmap for one of our flagship AI dApps, translating vision into features that delight users and achieve product‑market fit.

Alethea AI Labs is leading the Agentic AI movement across industries. Through partnerships with Solana Mobile, AWS, OpenSea, and many more, we are building the foundation for decentralized AI. These collaborations have enabled us to launch the world's first intelligent NFTs (iNFTs), expand our AI capabilities, and bring on‑chain AI agents to mobile.

As our Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in alignment with leadership.
  • Write clear PRDs and user stories, managing an outcome-driven backlog.
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros with Design, Engineering, and QA.
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive signals to inform roadmap.
  • Drive go‑to‑market initiatives with Marketing & Community teams.
  • Continuously monitor adoption, gather feedback, and iterate for product‑market fit.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as a Product Manager shipping B2C or platform products.
  • Proven track record of end‑to‑end product ownership in fast‑paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and A/B testing.
  • Strong technical literacy (APIs, microservices, smart contracts basics).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Web3 or token‑economics experience.
  • Background in AI/ML products or developer platforms.
  • Familiarity with UX research and design thinking.

Remuneration: Remittance salary (1% taxation), competitive, with role-aligned incentives and growth opportunities.
