Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. If you know how to optimize budgets, increase ROI, and scale ad performance across industries, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and make real-time adjustments
  • Develop ad strategies based on audience behavior and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop high-performing creatives and copies
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for internal and client review
  • Stay updated with platform changes and algorithm updates.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel building, and remarketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
  • Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns, and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) will be a strong plus

Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
