Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload packages scheduled for pickups and deliveries.
  • Check the correctness and completeness of consignments during pickups and deliveries.
  • Consult with dispatching on the best route available for timely delivery or pickup.
  • Ensure that the House Way Bill is properly completed by the shipper and/or consignee.
  • Use a cell phone to report progress or problems with deliveries and pickups immediately, and secure permanent availability.
  • Verify good order of packages and envelopes.
  • Provide a communication link between customers and office staff.
  • Report any customer feedback immediately to operations.
  • Complete all assigned tasks correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent cooperation with other team members.
  • Be courteous to all customers and always use proper language.
  • Be dependable and avoid unexcused absences.
  • Maintain a presentable appearance, wear clean clothes, and keep well-kept at all times.
  • Follow safety protocols at work.
Reports Directly to:

Operations supervisor, Operation Executive, or Branch Manager
