Karachi | Mastoor Energy (by A&A Group)

Mastoor Energy, a leading EPC Solar Solutions Provider and the Official Distributor of Lux Power Inverters & Lithium Batteries, is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of solar installation projects (commercial, industrial & residential).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through an established professional circle & market connections.
  • Market and expand distribution channels for our Lux Power Inverters & Lithium Batteries.
  • Provide customers with technical guidance and ensure solutions align with their energy needs.
  • Develop strategies for brand visibility, lead generation & channel sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Solar Energy field (B2B / B2C sales).
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and batteries.
  • Established network/market circle in the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to deliver under deadlines.
