We are seeking a results-drivenIndustrial Sales Specialistwith a strong technical background and a proven track record in B2B sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting our range of industrial lubricants to manufacturing and industrial clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs.
- Provide technical consultation and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and training sessions to clients and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development, logistics, and customer support.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or related sectors.
- Basic technical understanding of lubrication systems, industrial machinery, or mechanical processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
