Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Quetta. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection and purchase of products, providing detailed product knowledge, maintaining an organized sales floor, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the team to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

• Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the steel industry or similar field is advantageous
