Job Description
  • The Salesperson is responsible for achieving KPIs and objectives, including monthly target GP from existing and new business, as defined by the Regional Sales Head, with a minimum of 3.5 times the CTC. They should work towards converting leads into new business, retaining existing customers, and acquiring new ones, independently or with guidance from the Regional Head - Sales.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team, allocated customers, and service/operations/commercial teams to ensure customer service and collection cooperation.
  • Follow management guidelines and pursue sales leads identified by seniors, coordinators, or the product head.
  • Meet monthly KPIs including GP targets, sales and service calls, and customer conversions each quarter.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales leads through individual or joint calls with superiors.
  • Support collections, including completing formalities like credit appraisals and approvals on time.
  • Update CIS within the defined timeline, targeting a qualified pipeline of 25 validated customers and 40 field customer visits.
  • Assist in achieving the branch's sales budget.
    • Any graduates; PG degrees are an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving, task prioritization, and client-centricity skills.
      • 10+ years of progressive experience in hardcore sales, account management, or business development, preferably in logistics and freight forwarding.
      • Proven track record in acquiring new business, winning new clients, and managing strategic accounts with sustained revenue growth.
