Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Representative, based at our Lahore office.
As a Brand Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting ACOM CORP's IT hardware products and solutions. You'll represent our brand directly in retail, distribution, and B2B channels, working closely with the sales team to increase visibility, drive product demand, and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to sell stock directly on the floor or in the field, interacting with walk-in customers, vendors, and resellers to generate immediate sales and build brand credibility.
Key Responcibilities
- Actively represent ACOM CORP's brand across retail stores, corporate visits, trade shows, and customer locations.
- Promote, demonstrate, and sell IT infrastructure hardware (e.g., routers, switches, servers, UPS, surveillance systems, accessories).
- Manage stock-on-the-go — carry, present, and sell stock during floor interactions or field visits.
- Conduct daily floor walks to identify product placement and engagement opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and offer real-time product recommendations.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for immediate product availability and order fulfillment.
- Report on customer feedback, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in setting up product displays and marketing materials in retail or event spaces.
- Educate potential buyers about features, warranties, pricing, and promotions.
- Support marketing campaigns through in-person brand presence and promotional activation.
- Maintain product knowledge across all categories and stay updated with new launches.
Qualifications
We're seeking individuals who are confident, persuasive, and hands-on with hardware sales. The ideal candidate will have on-ground experience in IT product selling, preferably in fast-paced, customer-facing environments such as retail floors, IT marketplaces, or roadshows.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in IT infrastructure hardware sales, such as computers, networking equipment, accessories, or peripherals.
- Proven ability to sell stock directly on the floor or in the field.
- Understanding of retail dynamics, product positioning, and customer buying behavior.
- Confidence in giving product demonstrations and closing walk-in sales.
- Ability to carry and present live inventory (stock-on-the-go) for real-time transactions.
- Basic knowledge of pricing strategies, warranties, and after-sales procedures.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team player who can coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and logistics departments.
- Proficient with digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT retail markets in Pakistan, especially Lahore.
- Experience working with IT distribution channels or in electronics retail chains.
- Knowledge of brands such as Huawei, HP, Dell, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, etc.
- Ability to work under targets and meet sales KPIs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in sales, hardware, or product training are a plus.

- Full-time | Monday to Saturday
- Location: ACOM CORP Head Office, Lahore District, Pakistan
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible based on campaign/event needs)
