Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bahawalpur. The Grow way global business platform role at Strimo involves daily tasks such as analyzing business operations, planning strategies, improving customer service processes, and facilitating communication within the team and with clients. The role will focus on optimizing business functions to support the growth and efficiency of cannabis operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to drive business decisions and analyze data
  • Business Planning and Business skills to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills to facilitate internal and external exchanges
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to enhance client experience and satisfaction
  • Experience with ERP platforms or similar software is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
