We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  1. Ensure all ARIS instances are operational during business hours.
  2. Create and administer the global ARIS database for the client.
  3. Manage users and user groups, including creation and access privileges.
  4. Manage ARIS licenses via UMC and assign them accordingly.
  5. Configure and manage filters and templates.
  6. Set up new client environments.
  7. Manage user and user group privileges appropriately.
  8. Create custom objects and associated metadata.
  9. Maintain library objects.
  10. Define and standardize ARIS governance and change management processes.
  11. Define QA processes and train project teams accordingly.
  12. Implement model imports from third-party tools/applications.
  13. Perform regular database cleanup activities.
  14. Reconcile library objects periodically.
  15. Rationalize objects within the ARIS database on an ad hoc basis.
  16. Manage change and release processes for data, configurations, and databases across ARIS environments.
  17. Manage patching and ARIS version upgrades with the vendor team.
  18. Liaise with vendor support for incident and problem management.
