Family Builders is seeking a motivated Property Sales Advisor to join our team for the upcoming project. If you're passionate about real estate and excel in client relations, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
  2. Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  3. Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
  4. Develop and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in real estate sales or property management.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Knowledge of the local property market in Karachi.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  6. Must be presentable.

Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
