Role Overview:

Join our Sales team as a B2B Sales Advisor and play a key role in connecting prospective and existing customers with the right training solutions through Get Licensed. In this role, you'll engage with leads and customers across multiple channels—including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and email—providing personalised guidance and support. You'll assist in promoting our courses, offering tailored recommendations based on customer needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring trends, and contributing ideas to enhance conversion rates. It's well-suited to individuals with strong communication skills, a positive and proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads through calls, chat platforms, and email to address inquiries, share product information, and support lead conversion.
  • Support outbound sales initiatives by reaching out to potential customers and contributing to new business development.
  • Respond to customer questions via live chat and email to help ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Assist in upselling and upgrading plans for existing customers through personalized outbound outreach.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and track performance metrics using internal tools and systems.
  • Share daily sales updates with the Sales Manager, including highlights, challenges, and progress.
  • Participate in the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead contact to final conversion.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze sales data, identify patterns, and explore opportunities for improved conversions and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in tele-sales is a plus.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional telephone manner.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Active listening skills with a focus on understanding customer needs.
  • Positive attitude with a high level of empathy and customer-centric mindset.
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and accountable approach to work.

KPIs:

Below are the metrics which the Sales Agent will be measured against:

  • Sales versus targets - minimum £5k sales per week.
  • Inbound conversion rate - minimum of 50%.
