Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager with proven experience working in or with STZA/Tech projects. This is a leadership role focused on building Winston Tech Zone's brand presence, community engagement, and partnership development with national and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Winston Tech Zone's vision and STZA goals.
  2. Leverage your STZA/Tech Company experience to optimize government relations, incentives, and positioning within Pakistan's tech landscape.
  3. Create and execute campaigns across digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn lead generation, SEO etc.), print, and event platforms to promote Winston Tech Zone locally and internationally.
  4. Analyze marketing trends and competitor's activities to provide strategic insights.
  5. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
  6. Manage all branding, PR, content creation, and communications, ensuring consistency and clarity of vision.
  7. Build partnerships with tech companies, incubators, universities, and VCs to attract tenants and collaborators.
  8. Represent Winston Tech Zone at industry events, STZA gatherings, and international tech expos in acquiring new clients.
  9. Monitor & report marketing KPIs, Allocate & Manage budgets, Campaign effectiveness and brand reach.
  10. Oversee and coordinate with third-party agencies and vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least one STZA project involvement.
  3. Excellent understanding of STZA regulations, incentives, and the Pakistani tech ecosystem.
  4. Proven ability to lead campaigns, build brand identity, and develop community and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
